Using Goblin Stash

Goblin Stash helps you choose words, practise and review them. Learning results depend on your practice; the service does not guarantee a particular level of fluency.

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person's account, disrupt the service or bypass access controls. Where parental or guardian consent is required by law, obtain it before using the service.

Your account

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. Contact support if you think someone else has accessed your account. Your learning choices and progress are associated with your account.

Subscriptions and trials

Learning access requires an active subscription or an eligible trial. The purchase screen and payment service show the price, billing period, renewal terms and any trial conditions before you confirm a purchase.

Offers and eligibility may differ. A trial may become a paid subscription on the terms shown when you sign up. Manage renewal through the service where you bought the subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel an App Store subscription through Apple, a Google Play subscription through Google, or a web subscription through the management link supplied by Paddle. Find cancellation steps.

Turning off renewal normally keeps access through the current paid or trial period, subject to the purchase terms. Refunds and withdrawal requests are handled under applicable law and the rules of the service that processed your payment. Contact that service for a purchase-specific request.

Deleting your Goblin Stash account does not cancel an external subscription.

App content

You may use the app and its learning materials for personal learning. The app, artwork and supplied materials remain the property of their owners. These terms do not transfer ownership or restrict uses permitted by law.

Access and account deletion

Access may be interrupted by maintenance or service failures. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, a security issue or a legal requirement, with notice where required by law.

You can delete your account in Account or request deletion through support. Deletion removes access to saved learning history. The Privacy Policy describes information that may remain.

Your legal rights

These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees, remedies or rights to bring a claim in a competent court. Applicable consumer protections continue to apply, including those of your country where required.

Any changes to the service or these terms will respect applicable law and existing purchase rights. Material changes will be communicated where required. Contact support@goblinstash.app if you need help.
